Skene Group Ltd was founded in 1968 by Donald Skene.

Originally a plant hire company, over the past 30 years it has diversified into many construction related divisions such as quarrying, demolition, concrete and block manufacturing.

Over the years the company has developed through the loyalty of its people and customers.

Truly a family owned business still headed by Donald Skene the Chairman, swiftly followed by his son Neil Skene – Managing Director, his daughter Jill Mason Financial Director and last but not least his wife, Alison Skene, Company Secretary.

 

The family are fully committed to driving a successful team forward in today’s fast changing world, this is reflected in a team which is adaptable and which delivers a caring relationship to its valued customers and suppliers.
